The Albany Community Legal Centre Inc is an independent, non-profit community based legal service, contracted by the Federal Government to deliver community legal services to the Lower Great Southern region of Western Australia.
The Centre is not part of Legal Aid and is independent of Government; its Management Committee is elected from members of our community.
Free and confidential information and legal advice is provided in most areas of law.
Advice and representation is also provided for Guardianship and Administration Order Applications to the State Administrative Tribunal.
The Centre provides an informal first point of contact for people who may have little or no previous experience with or knowledge of the legal system.
